My favorite food experiences are plentiful. Discovering Burrata, sampling a gorgeous fresh Chèvre from a Québec farm (and meeting the milk man himself), first seeing fresh black truffles, trying my hand at artisan bread baking (and eating it hot out of the oven), meeting my favorite chefs on the white beaches of South Beach Miami for the Food & Wine Festival, finding the coveted DOP San Marzano tomatoes, spending the day taking photos of eggplant and farm fresh eggs at the Jean-Talon Market in Montréal… they all rate very high.
I’d have to say my favorite food experiences are always sharing food with someone who gets excited as I do about things as simple as cheese.
